To see the available shipping options and rates just add the items you are interested in to Cart. Then go to the View Cart page and click on Calculate Shipping.

Returns Policy

Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased from Long Road Travel Supplies, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. A full refund on the purchase price (shipping not included) can be made only if the returned product is determined by Long Road Travel Supplies to be in new and unused condition.

Warranty: All Long Road products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
