Q. Why does the Tradewind use two poles at the top?
A. This gives you the advantages of a rectangular net while only requiring one attach point at the center. Without poles you would need at least four attach points.

Q. What is the advantage of a rectangular net?
A. It is the same shape as the bed so the sides don't droop in as much. This makes it roomier inside and reduces the risk of being bitten through the netting.

Q. Can I take the poles apart?
A. Yes, each pole is assembled from four 17″ sections.
